Villagers play in the rivers of the Peruvain Amazon

About Us

Amazon Bridge and our Partners can make an impact for change in underserved Peruvian Communities by providing access to clean water today

Who We Are

Amazon Bridge was born in Peru from a simple but powerful belief: clean water should never be a privilege—it is a basic right.

Our roots go back more than a decade, when Miguel Ferré founded and started leading Tendiendo Puentes, an initiative that brought food, medicine, and tools to remote Indigenous communities in the Peruvian Amazon. That experience revealed a crucial truth: short-term aid saves lives, but lasting change requires systems, trust, and scalable solutions.

Amazon Bridge is not a traditional NGO nor a private company. It is a collaborative initiative—connecting donors, nonprofits, technical providers, and local leaders to ensure that every contribution becomes transparent, measurable, and enduring impact.

For families in the Amazon, clean water means health, dignity, and opportunity. For donors, it means building a legacy of lasting change.
