Miguel Ferré
Co-Lead & Field Partnerships Director, Amazon Bridge
With deep roots in Amazonian communities and leadership experience in program design (including with Programa de Alta Dirección, Universidad de Piura, and CARD), Miguel oversees community engagement, product-service partnerships, and ensuring the adaptability of solutions on the ground.
He works hand-in-hand with local leaders, government actors, and technical teams to bring Amazon Bridge’s vision into reality in the Jivaro territories.
Erika Schaeffer
Fiscal Sponsor & Social Implementation Lead
Erika leads Earth & Being (USA) in its role as the fiscal sponsor of Amazon Bridge and directs Tierra y Ser (Peru), managing the social components of the project including community health programs, training of local agents, and monitoring of preventive health and nutrition.
With a long history in social development in Peru and a strong local network, Erika ensures that donor funds are used with integrity, transparency, and cultural respect.
Darío Agama
Co-Lead & Technical Strategist, Amazon Bridge
Dario is Peruvian, an Industrial Engineer, IESE MBA graduate, and social entrepreneur with 11 years of working with vulnerable people.
Darío designs and oversees the technical infrastructure and ensures that technical solutions are adapted to local culture and long-term sustainability.
He leads coordination with partners in the U.S. and Peru and ensures the project’s technical excellence while centering social adoption.
